What size budgets do you typically work with?
We typically work with clients with project budgets ranging from $20,000-$300,000.
How do I get started with your agency?
To get started, you can schedule a Discovery call or fill out our contact form. After the call, we will create a scope of work document for you to review and approve. Once the scope of work is approved, we will send you an agreement to review and e-sign. Upon completion of the agreement, we will invoice you for 50% of the project cost to begin work. Once the invoice is paid, we will set up communication channels and schedule our kick-off call.
How do I determine the cost of my new website?
The best way for us to understand the deliverables for your new web project and how you should budget for it is for you to create a scope of work or RFP and send it to us. If your project is simple, you can also send us a sitemap of all the pages included in the project scope. Additionally, you can send us 2-3 websites that you like for inspiration and let us know if you need a new logo and brand identity or if we will be using your current assets. If you already have designs for your site, you can send them to us for review. Be sure to also let us know if there are any features that may require extra development time, such as a pricing calculator, API integrations, or search functionality. Once you have this information ready, we can review it together over a follow-up call.
Do you have experience in my industry?
We have worked with over 100 businesses across a wide range of industries, so there is a good chance that we have experience in your industry or something related to it. However, even if we don't have specific industry experience, our principles are universal and have been successfully applied to clients with diverse products.
What are the payment terms for a typical project?
For a new website, redesign, migration, or development, we require 50% payment before we start and 50% when the project is complete and you are 100% satisfied. For scope of work add-ons during an active project, we require 100% payment upfront to keep things streamlined.
How much does Webflow hosting cost?
To sign up for a Webflow account, you must choose an account plan. The most common choices are the "Free" plan or the "Starter" plan. The higher-end plans are intended for teams and agencies building more than 1-2 websites under their account. Once you have set up an account, you will need to add a hosting plan. The highest tier of hosting offered by Webflow is the $36/month Business plan, which we recommend for most clients.

- E-commerce: $29-$212/month
How long does a typical project take?
The duration of a project depends on its scope and complexity. Once we have a clear understanding of your project's scope, we will be able to give you a more accurate timeline. In general, a simple website project can take 4-8 weeks, while a more complex project can take longer.

Will my site load faster on Webflow?
If you’re currently unhappy with your site speed chances are we can make it much faster within Webflow. Sometimes all it takes is compressing the site content or switching CMS’s and other times we need to implement JS lazy load and other tactics to keep a site delivering at lightning speed.
Will migrating my site to Webflow have a negative effect on SEO?
If done correctly, it won't. As long as the agency you are working with is following best practices to retain your current URL structure and implement accurate 301 redirects you can avoid any lasting negative effect.
